Joseph Gaw, EdD, MBA, MSN, RN, CSSC-CSSBB
Dr. Gaw is an accomplished and experienced professional with over two decades of cross-industry expertise spanning acute/community health, higher education, K-12 administration, and emergency services. Throughout his career, he has directed large-scale operations, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and led highly diverse, multi-location teams. His unique professional journey extends from front-line to institutional administration. This comprehensive background allows him to understand and solve complex organizational challenges from the frontline to the boardroom. Spending a career in public and for-profit service, Dr. Gaw believes that it is mission critical to support first-time and middle managers, the backbone to the organization's success.
Academically, Dr. Gaw holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master's of Business Administration in Organizational Management, and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership with an emphasis in Nursing Leadership in Health Care Systems. He is a Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and has backgrounds in Agile project management, academic program development and evaluation, individual and team communications, systems design and management, and advanced executive leadership.
